Valamis established a subsidiary to accelerate growth in the service business

Joensuu 11. January 2022. Valamis, the global leader in digital learning technologies and workforce development, has established a subsidiary, Haallas, to continue the company’s digital service business in Finland.

By establishing a subsidiary, Valamis will streamline its business operations and create even better growth opportunities for both its product business (Valamis Learning Solution) and digital service business with separate brands and areas of expertise.

Haallas’ goal has always been to create sustainable and high-quality digital services. Haallas’ specialised team consists of design, technology, and data professionals, who work together iteratively throughout the service development process. With this approach, Haallas ensures that customers are delivered solutions that they and their customers want to use now and in the future.
