Sales Development Representative (UK, Full-time, Remote)

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is responsible for supporting our Account Executives by identifying and qualifying new opportunities with clients.
As an SDR, you will offer solutions for learning & development based on Valamis’ technology, targeted at large enterprises.
You will be part of a dynamic, global sales team, consisting of 7 members across the UK and Europe. Your geographic focus area will be the US (and United Kingdom.)
As our SDR, your responsibilities will be:
- Contact potential clients via outbound calling, email, and social prospecting; establishing rapport and generating curiosity
- Qualify warm inbound leads; proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating potential customer needs before arranging qualified meetings for the Account Executives
- Accurately record prospecting and pipeline generation activity in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Represent Valamis at customer/marketing events when required
- Work together with the sales team and other stakeholders to ensure excellent customer journey
Qualifications for the SDR role:
- Experience in lead generation and sales
- Ability to identify opportunities related to digital learning
- Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills
- Fluent English
- Inquisitive when faced with new challenges and technologies, not afraid to ask questions
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience with prospecting and sales automation tools is considered an advantage
- Positive attitude, self-drive, good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
